About me
I grew up in the sports industry, following the lead of my father, Hall of Fame baseball player Rod Carew, which has given me a unique perspective and understanding of the multiple demands and challenges professional athletes and their families face on a daily basis.
As a successful athlete, I understand the commitment and support it takes to achieve success. I earned both All-American and Scholastic All-American honors while playing collegiate softball, and achieved the great honor of being inducted into the Chapman University Women’s Softball Hall of Fame.
After graduation, I developed a passion for service while working for Marwen, a Chicago-based non-profit that educates & inspires under-served youth through the visual arts. Soon after, I was able to combine my passion for service with my deeply rooted love for baseball when I joined the Chicago White Sox community relations department, where I spent four years fundraising for Chicago White Sox Charities and assisting with Player Relations. This profound experience working for a team was essential in my transition to yet another aspect of the sports industry, the agency side of the business, where I spent ten years negotiating equipment sponsorship deals and handling client services for a top sports agency in Southern California.
I understand the demanding expectations of working with such a unique clientele, and I pride myself on my ability to build a bridge of trust and mutual respect with my clients who know they can always JUST CALL STEPHANIE.
